Shipping And Handling

For all UK orders, postage and packaging is detailed on the site per item.  However, in the case of multiple item purchases, a scaled rate will apply which is automatically adjusted in your shopping cart, with a maximum overalll charge of £8.95 levied regardless of the amount of items ordered.

Delivery Schedule
All orders are despatched as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days. with the exception of certain handmade items or custom made items** We will let you know if we are unable to meet this date for any reason.** For custom made items please allow up to 10 working days after receipt of order.

All goods will be carefully packed prior to despatch, however, in the unlikely event that you find the goods damaged, please contact us on 01564 778047

The goods you order will be delivered to the address stated by yourself when you place your order.

All our parcels are delivered either by Royal Mail Standard Delivery.

For larger packages an independent courier service will be used which is operational between 9am – 5.30pm only on working days. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)
